Tolbert and Magazu expected to follow Fox in Denver

Would Mills even follow Fox? I always assumed his allegiance was to the Panthers organization...like a family thing.

And can someone please tell me what a Defensive Quality Assurance coach is?

I'm not sure what it it really is, but I know Rivera did it for Chicago Bears after retirement

Not a huge surprise. Denver press said Fox was burning up the phone lines trying to get his guys on board shortly after his hire.

(the advantages of being an established coach)

Prob will be Foxes downfall if you ask me. Guess we will see.

Yea I would hate to see Mills leave the organization, even though I know the chances of that are slim to none.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fox tried to make Skipper OC...

I also just googled it and found this about a Quality Control Coach

While a QC coach seems to do different things depending on which team they are with, the one consistent task I found for them is that they are responsible for breaking down opponent's game film. Usually they are a week or two ahead of the team. So while the team is preparing for their opponont that Sunday the QC coach is breaking down the film for the following Sunday's opponent. Often, he also serves as an advance scout and practice assistant.

Many times this is the first job for a young NFL coach with little or no reputation. The next step up for a hopeful QC coach is to be a specific position coach.

Oh well. I was hoping they'd stick around, but it really makes no difference.

Hope Sam Mills III stays though. I think Richardson is hoping he'll be "a somebody" for this organization one day, and I'd like for that to happen to. The Mills and the Panthers are tied at the hip.

Yea if he can elevate himself up through this organization that will be a real feel good story.

It really would. I don't know if the plan for him is to become a coach, but I could definitely envision him as Team President or even GM. Why not giving him a job coaching the LBs or something year?
