He will make an impact overnight and we will draft him if we do not trade back so embrace it

I feel you my man and wouldn't be upset with either pick. But one it's not a given two look at high powered offenses and what they have many serious threats.

Ok enough of trying to debate with logic. You guys love some a j green I am not set on fairley I am sure there are other DTs. Best case is trade back for additional pick

Im not set on either but just making a case if they both are rated equal (by the scouts ie 97 on mcshay's big board) and we can get a Andre J. type I would love to try to improve from the last ranked offense. Which should easily improve our 16th ranked D lets just say a few spots that's puts us close to the top ten D just by being able to sustain a few decent drives instead of what we say this year.

We reallly should be able to aquire a free agent along with a draft Dt to make a difference because the draft is really depth in that area, I just don't see any 4.4 6-4 fly paper hands recievers throughout the draft but you never know who is going to be what both could be bust we don't know.

how is it a no brainer when you haven't over come ONE objection I've given you... you can't tell me one solid reason to draft Fairely over Green other than "OMGZZZZ, HE'LL BE AN OVER NIGHT SUCCESS!"

nevermind that it's completely illogical to say that...

and it is hard to debate with logic when you aren't using any..

you have to bring up points to prove your right, you can't just claim you're right .. :lol:

Fact is any coach or gm in our position would draft fairley over green. So what will you guys say when fairley is drafted? Oh these guys don't know football lol

that may be true, and they likely do know football but when a player becoems a bust it makes them look like they're the worst at evaluating talent

the team that has the most success when it comes to drafting is hands down the patriots.

i just dont see the "need" of fairley when john fox who never had a #1 defense in all 9 years he been here managed to take 3rd string defensive lineman with good linebacks and a mediocre secondary and have them play better than most people projected

now having the #1 DC turned head coach i dont think fairley should be taken 1st when the DT is deep in the draft and in free agency

Do you really want me to list his talents? Tell you what he is good at so that's why we draft him lol. We NEED a DT so we draft the best available. How about this, send me a list of FA that are likely to not be resigned
