But Smith will proably be gone in a year or two, and while they did alright given the circumstances, niether Gettis nor Lafell appear to me as a top number one WR in the future.

I agree, If we can get good offensive players in the free agency then we I won't be as concerned about drafting defense in the draft. I think there are plenty of DT that we could get in later rounds but I think it comes down to DT and WR with the pick.
