Word of caution about drafting Fairley

A nasty player is what our D line needs. I think RR will teach him there is a time and place for the dirty stuff, but not on his team.

There's dirty/nasty as in hard-hitting and aggressive, and there's dirty/nasty as in thug who is committing acts that aren't allowed on the football field, designed to hurt and/or take out an opposing player by any means necessary. Yes, I know it's an aggressive, physical sport, but Fairley goes way beyond ... he has no character.

He's dirty like Rodney Harrison, and probably not too smart, but he's the best player in the draft, and plays our weakest position on defense which is also the most important position on defense. I guess we have to wait and see how he interviews.
