I'm still having a hard time understanding why Rosario hasn't developed into the "dual threat" at TE we're looking for? He's the backup FB so we know he can be physical and block, we also know he is an athlete and can be a threat in the passing game, so why can this guy be the all-around TE we're looking for?

Dante could possibly be a threatening Receiving TE, but with the offense we've had, it's really hard to know.
