I love how he mentions that this time, the timing seems to be better for him to make the transition. I couldn't agree more, it's the perfect storm. Now it's time to to get to work putting together the rest of this staff. A staff that, as a whole, will dedicate itself to getting this franchise back to it's winning ways.
