He's got a pretty damn solid resume, TBH. He helped develop a UDFA into one of the best TE's in the game in Gates and made Derek Anderson to Braylon Edwards a feared passing combo for one year in Cleveland. Plus he coached many a big-time WR/TE in college at Miami who later became studs in the NFL.

He helps Norv Turner during games days to call plays on offense. He has been working as his assistant. That is some real good experience he has been getting.

Unlike the other cast off from Cleveland this guy actually had succes at Cleveland. He was only let go b/c of a housecleaning.

He made Anderson a legit pro bowl QB.

He had the 3rd most passes over 20 yds = He is aggresive.

He has been working with a fantastic O the season.

He is the "splash" I was hoping for.

BTW why is everyone ignoring boltergeist? The ONE guy who have some inside on this guy..

Ramsdell has no experince on calling plays and with a HC who is a defensive guy we need a guy with some experince in that regard.

The spash is getting a new mentality on offense. No more chickenshit playing not to lose.

Now were going to have an aggressive far less predictable offense.

The Chud sounds good to me. As others have mentioned, he seems to be an up and comer and theres a reason the Dolphins want to hire him as well. Even the owner promised more exciting offense or something along those lines to his team and then he was their first target.

If Rivera's press conference is to be believed, then this guy should do pretty damn well and its comforting that he already knows the guy
