it could also reflect that the guy just isn't all that good. they brought in collins to compete for the job...kerry frickin collins...after he inherited, not earned, the starting role and wasn't acting or putting in the work that a starter should. volek got butt heart and asked for a trade. they let him go for a 6th rounder. poor work ethic and can't handle competition. no thanks.
