Since everyone is saying that Andrew Luck is the next Peyton Manning or John Elway, why not just draft him this year anyway. Even though he hasn't declared for the draft. Is there an actually rule that they CAN'T do that? Baseball teams do it all the time. The San Antonio Spurs did it with David Robinson. So draft him, bite the bullet for one year and get your stud QB next year.
