Probably because he is UFA, he seems to be focused on players that are under contract.

I think he believes in our young players, he wants coaches that can teach them to be great which is what Jimmy and the Panthers need. I think he wants to work with developing Jimmy.

I think I am going to enjoy hearing this guy speak after games, something we have missed out on the past 9 seasons. We have one of the youngest teams in the NFL and this guy addressed that he wants coaches that can teach the players. I think this guy is going to be great for our young team. I think this coach is the best match for our team.
