If We Don't Go QB in the 1st Round, Who is Your QB?

Let's see: 3 QBs, 1 rookie and 2 second-year players. Matt Moore: Will not be able to throw until March. Will not be able to rehab here.

Here is who we need: Volek or Hasselbeck. Both will be 35. Give us a year.

saying MM is a vet is using the word pretty loosely. just because you have ben in the league for a few years doesn't mean much.

if we are going to have a vet QB brought in i would rather have had him started for a few years.

I know, but apparently Hurney views him as a vet...

And another point, I keep seeing people saying if we have another bad year with whatever stop-gap guy we get in here at QB, that maybe we can get Luck next year... Problem is, most every team in the Top 5 is there because they don't have a QB.

People keep speculating about McNabb and Orton but they aren't available. MAYBE Bulger. Pennington might not be able to throw a football again. Honestly it's real slim but people keep thinking magic vets will show up at their doorstep.

i don't see the incentive in bringing back moore. can't use the notion that he knows the offense anymore. he never staked a claim on this team and made it his. it's up for grabs. moore is no better than any FA choices out there. btw...don't take this to mean i'm on team jimmy cause i ain't.

at this point matt moore has no better of a chance of coming back than any other FA out there.

whoever starts this year will probably only be a placeholder until we can get a real QB in here.

he did until he started this year. that light went dim real quickly.

If its a short season due to a lockout I'm fine with Clausen. Just gives us a chance at the top of the draft again.
