Ron Rivera Agrees to be HC of Panthers

rivera was a 4-3 guy. he stepped into a 3-4 in san diego. that wasn't by his choosing. they had the personnel for a 3-4 so he kept them at that. we have the personnel for a 4-3 and that is what we'll remain.

ahh thought he was a 3-4 guy from the start. Interesting that he was effective with both though and rare I would think.

I say stick with the 4-3, that's what Fairley thrives in and aren't Rivera's numbers better running the 4-3? It's what we've always done

Rob Chudzinski’s contract as the Chargers’ tight ends coach is expiring, and it appears that he’ll have options for a job elsewhere.

The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that Chudzinski could follow Ron Rivera and become the new offensive coordinator in Carolina, and that he will also interview with the Dolphins for their coordinator position.

I'm trying to not be judgmental, and I don't know much about Chudzinski, but I don't know how much a I trust a TE coach that was preceded by Jeff Davidson as OC in Cleveland.

I hope he absorbed more from Norv than what he got in Cleveland. We'll see, could be Ron Turner. Who knows?
