Oregon accussed him of dirty play, so why would he prove their point? I mean really... it was obvious when he slammed the guys head down, does a 2-14 team need that poo?

Does a 2-14 team need a player that has on two occasions punched his own teammates?

Suh is the best DT in 30 years most scouts said last year they said the Rams should have taken him overall instead of Bradford and the Rams last year needed a QB as bad as we do now! If Fairly is even close to suh he will be a great DT! He could be our version of Tommie Harris for Rivera! He would free up beas and TD to be able to make plays like briggs and urlacher make behind harris! Fairly could be that guy for us!

IMO, Smitty has not helped this team with his behavior and has probably seen his last days as a Panther.

Oregon runs a no-huddle, but they still use up the play clock. It's not like he was asked to run a marathon, hell he looked like he wasn't even trying part of the time?:conf:

considering most of the league is switching to a 3-4 i think fairley could slide down some organizations draft boards. We might be able to trade back up to get him unless some one try's something stupid like drafting him as a 3-4 end, how did that work out with Kentwan Balmer?

I believe the best thing for us is to take the safe bet and take the "big fast guy" of this draft in Daquan Bowers we can acquire an Under tackle later in the draft or threw free agency. I do however want to acquire fairley if at all possible.

If Fox gets the Denver gig I can see them back to a 4-3. Imagine Fairley and Dumerville as your DT's. That would be a force.

I think Fairley will be a better pick than Green because Fairley will not have to depend on Clausen. Simple as that.

Our defense really isn't as bad as the numbers say. We gave up so many yards and points because they were on the field so often. It's late, so I don't feel like backing this up with stats, but our offense had to be in the bottom five in regards to time of possession. We need to give Clausen or whoever will be starting next year weapons.

They took a lot time off, everyone's endurance, especially the big boys. Everyone looked worn out at the end.
