Why is he always looking at The OC before a play. Makes me think the OC is reading the defense not Cam. This is why I hate the spread you can't see what a QB can really do.

Hmm, well the run on the half yard line after the phantom illegal procedure call was a 9 point turn around. It also got the Auburn D a needed rest. Should be a competitive second half.

Cam seems to be a bit more relaxed, and the Auburn O is picking it up. It's on the Duck offense to get to work. Bet we have major fireworks the 2nd half.

I feel like this game has had about four plays ran. Screen pass left, screen pass right. Option keeper and quick pass to the sideline left or right.

Think they would have put up a graphic showing them being 4-0 when trailing at the half if they were losing?

Believe it or not, there is a coaching philosophy where "it isn't the players' fault, it is mine". That is just a part of it. If the coach makes the adjustments and it doesn't work, then it is on him (assuming it was executed).

Plus, Newton has only been at Auburn a year. I think had he been there since his freshman year, he would be given the reigns to adjust the play himself. Hands on coaching is all you are seeing, not inability. Just my humble opinion. Could be wrong. Been wrong before.
