Peyton Manning

What are the chances he leaves the Colts? Reggie Wayne took a shot at him while his new head coach seems like he's lost. Colts are in serious trouble and it seems like they will lose a lot of players in next 2 years. Colts will have to go into rebuilding mod while Peyton is not getting any younger. It should be interesting.

Seriously though there are a lot of people in the colts organization who are worried for the future and I was reading somewhere that the FO of the colts are starting to think about life after Manning. He turns 35 soon so he's on the wrong side of 30 and he's gonna want a huge deal at the end of the season. It's a big dilema, yes you keep one of the few franchise QB's in the league but in doing that you sign him for too long to where it hinders growth for the team. There are a lot of unhappy people right now in Indy land.

Peyton will never leave the Colts, If anyone thinks he will leave the Colts this year please tell me what kind of drugs you are on.

It seems that people have already forgot that just last year they were 14-2 and the two losses were the last two games of the season, when the colts were playing their back ups.

The Colts had many injuries and should rebound next year. Bob Sanders if ever healthy could make a huge impact and the colts will have Dallas Clark back who is a important weapon in the Colts offense. If you think the Colts are going to rebuild next year I think you must not keep up with their news. the Colts have a young team that should be better next year, the wide receivers have dropped many easy catches which have cost the Colts games. The Colts know how to reload using the draft and should fix some of the problems before free agency begins. You know a team has gone through injuries when they are starting Aaron Francisco who was cut from the panthers before the regular season began. The colts have atleast 3 players that were starters in the secondary on IR, they will be back next year and they will be at the top once again.

    • I don't think Rodgers but probably not for the political reasons I bet a lot of posters are motivated by. I just think he is not the QB for the Panthers, at all.
    • Sun Devils just scored another TD on BYU, 14-0
    • It wasn't great but  the 2022 NYG won 9 of 16 games plus a playoff game. He had a 92.5 passer rating. 15 pass TDs 3200 yards, 7 rushing TD, 700 yards 6 fumbles 3 lost.  His first season he had 18 fumbles lost 11. Wow.  Anyhow he had problems in 2023 with injuries and didn't win poo before tearing his ACL. This year, no Barkley, not good, but you know.... these ACLs take a while and it was right and he throws right so pushes off of it.  I agree it doesn't hurt to let that guy compete cheap. You don't hand him the job like with Bryce or NYG with him.  When I look at what we have been saddled with, he doesn't look worse and has the physical advantage. So I don't get the umbrage given our situation. This "No we won't settle for anything less that the best" attitude and then taking Bryce Young was pathetic and I think that attitude brought us to where we are. That's where that poo gets you. Away from Mayfield, away from Darnold, even away from PJ - just to replace them with an inferior PJ.  At the same time I am not really advocating for the guy just looking at it objectively. It could be another guy with the same story. And yes the odds of him getting it are low but the numbers and performance from 2022 are for sure better than we see with Bryce even after a season of major propping him up with better players around him. Take a look don't take a look he fails or he doesn't fail...   to instead sit here and be happier with what we have is bullshit.
