Definitely sounds like a potential quality control type.

Two things from the article that I found interesting:

Kelly has a vaunted reputation as a recruiter and player developer.

worked closely with Minnesota Vikings head coach Brad Childress when the latter was offensive coordinator at Philadelphia.

Rivera called offensive line coach Dave Magazu, wide receivers coach Tyke Tolbert and defensive quality control coach Sam Mills III in for what amounted to job interviews.

Sweet I like to get them back. No Skipper though.

I really hope Tolbert comes back...he did a really good job with LaFell and Gettis

With how the rookie WR's progressed, I find it likely that Tyke Tolbert comes back. O-Line coach Magazu...not so sure about. The performance of the O-Line has been up and down. Disappointed if Jim Skipper doesn't return to coach the RB's.

Fox in Denver likely means you can wave goodbye to Jim Skipper. Others like Gillhammer, Rodgers and Simmons might follow too.

Jim's son Kelly looks to be available though (unless Fox wants him too).
