Ryan Mallett and Character Issues

Mallett, as one of the QBs in this draft, is going to get looks from our scouting department. No, he's not going #1. Yes I know some think he is dumb as rocks.

That being said, is anyone aware of what his character issues are I see referenced all the time? I had trouble finding them for certain. Just references that are not clear. I do worry he's got Jimmy-like signs, though at least he has the physical tools.

In this article Wes Bunting quotes a scout who says

“I got stuff on Mallett that no one even knows about and I wouldn’t touch him.”

I have no clue what they could be but i'm sure the problems will be brought out in the time between now and the draft as much research as these teams will do.

Didn't they give Dwayne a few chances before they cut him for driving drunk. Nobody's perfect and Ryan mite be #1 on the draft board along with Cam!

Why can't the draft be tomorrow already D:

The rumored character concerns about Mallett are a lot worse than drinking. No proof of the rumors actually being true though.

When Peyton Manning was at Tennesse, he sat on the face of a female trainer with his bare ass.

I'd say that was a character issue, and he still went #1 overall.

If you don't believe me, look it up

Only cause Leaf was a douche and didnt show up for a interview... Think if he would have made it.

I remember that being a major issue and people saying he was a trouble maker for that. Still guess what? The panthers were will to trade the farm for him LOL.
