I really have nothing against the 49ers or Jim Harbaugh, but the idea that they are in a much better situation then we are is absurd.

The truth is, we're both in a crappy situation right now. All things being equal I can understand Harbaugh choosing SF simply because he doesn't have to uproot his family and because they were willing to give him big $, complete control, etc...

He also doesn't have to compete with 3 possible playoff teams next year. He took the easy way, what a puss.

If Luck wanted to avoid Carolina, all he had to do was pull an Eli Manning on us. He could have refused a sign a contract with us and eventually we would have been forced to trade him to someone so we could have something to show for our 1st round pick.

Harbaugh is coveted, that doesn't mean he's worth a crap as an NFL head coach. Spurrier, Petrino and Saban were all highly coveted coaches as well... just saying.

I honestly will not be surprised if Luck does come out. He still has over a week left to decide. He does have some time to think it through... The only reason he stayed behind is to win championship but with his best coach out, he might think twice about his decision.
