I got home last night around 7:00. I SWEAR my neighbor in the next apartment was bouncing a basketbsall until after Midnight! It didn't sound like a bass track, it had a more hollow sound to it.

I have a jagoff like this in my neighborhood, only his won't run unless he revs it.
