Stick any decent young black QB in Tennessee under a reportedly racist coach and let him waste away down there and see if they all don't go a little crazy.

Do you really think that in today's NFL, a racist coach would last 1 fuging day on a team?

Furthermore, consider Steve McNair.

"Racist" is a strong term that gets thrown around here a little too lightly. To call a coach who through the majority of his head coaching career has had a black qb racist is downright irresponsible.

Vince Young did have a qb rating of 98.6 this year and has shown improvement every year. I think with a change of scenery VY could be a decent QB. I would rather see what Matt Moore can do with a new coaching staff rather than have VY. I'm still not giving up on Jimmy yet either. Maybe a new coach can help develop Pickles.

So would I, but Moore's surgery is a big question mark. Who knows how he comes back from that.

I would rather have Vince Young to start the season than any other QB left on the draft, any of our QBs(considering Moore's situation, and Clausen's obvious need to ride the bench for at least another year) or any other free-agent.

What other free agent can we go after that isn't getting ready to turn grandfather?

passer rating is the most backwards poo ever, but okay, let's go there.

Peyton Manning had a 91.9 PR, Drew Brees a 90.9, and Matt Ryan 91.0, so you're gonna tell me he's better than them just because of passer rating?

High passer ratings are also easier to maintain the less time you play.

Hey...lots of people have! You wanna talk about overcoming adversity? Forget broken leg, or benching, or surgery...try overcoming death! ;)

And again, if I was black and coached by Fisher I would do that too and it should be considered self-sacrifice and goes to show you how great a person he is, cause the alternative would have been to kill Fisher!

Ok all jokes aside, he has become one of the best prospect for us this coming here, whether you guys like it or not.

Better overall? No.

This year? Obviously he performed better than them, otherwise he wouldn't have those numbers.

Ok, well how about 2009 then? His QB rating as a starter was 89.3 through the last 11 games and won 9 out of 11!

The guy's is a proven consistent winner.

If you think the Panthers will take VY then you really don't know JR. I mean didn't he just say the first thing he would do is call "said players" previous owner to find out why they got rid of him. Wow! I really don't get some peoples thinking!

So now JR's going to be picking our QB's during off-season? GOD I WANNA RUN!

It will be the coach's decision, and I think if JR was ok with Smith, he will be ok with Vince. You didn't see JR pushing to trade Smith when he punched his team mates, twice, did you?

It's not like Vince committed murder or anything. He's got nowhere near the drama some other athletes on our own team have.

Cigarettes. What are you? If you don't want to concede the fact that that Vince Young had a better overall completion & interception percentage than those guys did in order for him to get that rating, that's all on you.

It doesn't change the fact that's exactly what he did in order to get that!
