Oliver Luck: Panthers/CBA had nothing to do with Andrew's decision

I have no trouble believing that.

Look, all of us are all wrapped up in the Panthers. Luck isn't. He has no reason to be. For all we know, he may not know the first thing about the team, its owner or anything else.

It's not so hard to think he made this decision completely independent of anything having to do with this team.

I know there's an element of the fanbase that'll never believe that, but it's likely the truth.

I agree with this statement.

college isn't just about getting a degree. it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and it's about the experience. if he wants to go back, more power to him. to some people, money doesn't matter that much (seeing how he is already loaded). i can understand the pissy attitude on here; most of us pretty much believed he was going to be our savior. i don't blame him and i'm kinda impressed with his decision; it's not an easy one to make. good luck to him wherever he goes.

Fug' date=' it sucks for us but I respect a kid who values his education over an instant payday. Luck is a special breed, I only hope that we can have a chance at him next year because he really is a franchise QB....[/quote']

Next year we'll all be on the Matt Barkley train.
