I don't claim to be some kind of expert know it all on all of football.

I do know that the difference between the two is two tenths or less. Not much.

We both agree that Cam isn't as fast as Vick, I said that. I am going to stand by saying that he is quick (side to side, diagonal), which he is.

Vick is quick and fast yes but he doesn't deserve a BJ because he isn't the fastest or quickest.

Lets wait until the combine. Players get to practice and work on skills and work on speed and agility which they normally don't practice during the year. I wouldn't be surprised if Newton runs a very good time.

As for the Vick comparisons, it really isn't close. Vick is a runner who can throw the ball while Newton is a quarterback who can throw as well as run. Given Newton won't be asked to run like Vick does, the speed quickness argument is really mute.

unmatched not.newton will surprise you guys at the combine, just look at your sig.he does a jump juke and two or three dbs are stuck in place bc of the move. remember he is 6'6 250, so what looks slow and clunky is not so.

Yes unmatched. Vick is a once in a lifetime talent(could be true for cam). I am a newton fan,but i'm not going to lie and say he is as fast or quick as vick. He is not and i think it would be almost impossible for a man at 6'6 250 to be as quick as vick is. Newton has good agility and is quick. Vick is in another league tho in that department. Go look at some vick highlights and tell me Newton is as quick as Vick.

No he didn't as you can see on my clip Peterson was on the other side of the field and still ran him down at the 1. That is the diffrence between a 4.3 and 4.5

He' trucks linebackers crushes corners. Based on just talent i take him at 1 just because he is a rare talent. If you wait on another guy to come into the leauge with his skill and size you'd be waiting another 20-30 years.

Anyway, have you guys seen that TD Cam had against the Cocks where he jumped from the 6yd line and landed about a yard past the goal line? His height makes up for a lot. That's about a 21 foot stretch and he was only a couple feet off the ground the whole way. What other QB can do that?

only reason he ran him down was bc he had to run 10 yards to the right 1st. now i said pp was waiting on him at the 15 yard line and cam still pulled away from him until the 10 yard line.

Yes. I'm saying that we shouldn't overlook somebody like him in this draft. There is no longer an Andrew Luck. This guy is proven electricity, behind our line with 34, and 28 (hopefully), that would be scary. He's better than Freeman.

No one is saying vick is the god of football. I was just saying he is faster and quicker than Cam. With that said I like Cam alot which is why he is my signature. And yes 9 times out of 10 a smaller guy is quicker than a larger guy. Ever watched a boxing match?? Tell me that the guys that box at heavy are as fast as the guys that box at middle.Comparing Cam's speed and quickness to vick's is like comparing Mike tyson(prime) to Floyd Mayweather.
