Newton might run a 4.5 at best... Newton is not going to be the #1 pick heck he might not even go top 10.

How he performs tonight is irrelevant VY was great in a title game and that clearly worked out great for the titans.

I hope Casey Lays out cam tonight just like Clay laid out Mike yesterday.

Lol shows how much you know. Vince has been pretty decent in the pros besides being a nut case. His ablities as a qb are not the reason he's out as the titans starter. Vince is a winner more so than any qb in that class.

He also handed the ball to the best back in the game during that span. W/L records for QBs are almost as overrated as W/L records for pitchers in MLB.

alright if im not mistaken dont we have one of the best rb combos in the league. w/l records are not overrated bc you play to win the game. and vy been in titian before cj got there.

LoL His accelaration and quickness are nothing like vicks....

Vick is probably top one of the top 5 quickest players in nfl history newton has TE speed at best.

If he's truly mastered the offense, why does he look to the sideline for all the adjustments/audibles?

In their system the signals and plays come in from the sidelines. It is likely the way they started the year given he was green to start with. So they would naturally stick with it. There is no way to know if he would operate more independently if he were in the same system for 3 years for example like Luck. Does Newton know it better than Gus who brought it here, not likely. You have to stop comparing him to a Luck who was in the same system for 3 years and recognize that at the end of 14 games in the Auburn system he has done very well and recognize the progress instead of nitpicking.

Vick running a 4.2 was a rumor i believe. His draft times were 4.45 and his highest time that i know of was like 4.3 something.

CJ almost out rushed them by himself. But the point still stands that having a good game in college means nothing about how well that talent will translate to the NFL.

I'm not comparing him to Luck. I didn't mention Luck once in that post. You ASSUMED he mastered it. All you know is he can operate it. He might not know as much as you think. I think that if he had mastered it, the coaches would give him more free reign.
