The only reason Warners arm was "going forward" was because he got hit in the side. He was just holding the ball out there and his arm went forward because of the momentum from the hit. That is a bullsh*t rule, especially if you want to interpret it that way.

I don't agree with your assessment of the play, as it appeared that Warner was trying to get rid of it. And calling that a bullsh!t rule is ridiculous. It is one of the clearest, and most logical, rules in the League.
