Mass Effect 3

lol out of about 130 hours of gameplay in the trilogy, there's probably a grand total of 4-5 minutes of implied romance cutscene. yet it's all PSC can talk about because it's the only thing he knows about the series.

He also fails to see the irony of making fun of sex in this, despite A Song of Ice and Fire, which he loves, being largely about the sexual journey of a 13 year old child.

yeah i've never mentioned

- that its just halo with a dialogue sim

- not even as well done as kotor

- bullshit linear gameplay masquerading as "open ended" by giving a handful of endings that are all basically the same anyway

- a cash in on a franchise where each installment gets worse and worse because the marketing budget gets bigger and bigger

yeah, all i talk about is the sex

but really its just a shitty copy of a better game that was released 10 years ago

like everything else you play

don't worry, i'm sure something else will get an 8 page spread in next month's game informer and it will be OMG BEST GAME EVER again

i just think the game is overrated and should have been one game instead of 3 episodes

so go ahead and grasp for some more straws to justify the thousands of hours you spent playing that just to get your shitty ending

Yup, completely the same mechanics. Definitely nothing different. Nope.

- not even as well done as kotor

Not even as well done as one of the best RPGs to have been released just about... ever. I guess getting the bronze medal is the worst failure ever, right PSC?

Name a completely open ended RPG. Do it.

So name specifically the differences you feel worsened the franchise in 2 and 3, in particular how the marketing budget somehow affected it.

no, its more like laughing at people for paying 180$ for one game + the cost of the dlc just to understand what the hell is going on at the beginning of the 3rd episode

sorry guys, but any "rpg" that takes 40 hours to do everything is not a full game. 20 hours of backstory and filler isn't gameplay, its homework.

i don't see why anyone would get insulted over an opinion

once again, don't put your emotional issues on my doorstep

i don't play but a handful of indie games, none of them pirated. i've got a few big budget titles too.

if you wanna try to crack on my games, here you go:

but be forewarned, your opinion is uneducated and doesn't mean poo

also i paid less than 10$ apeice for half the games on that list, and less than 20$ for the rest.

Yes, act like a supercilious asshole and then question afterwards why people respond negatively. You take it upon yourself to insult people all the time over their opinions. Don't be a hypocrite or anything, or comment on something you've never taken the time to play because it's easily possible to get an opinion on something like a video game without ever directly experiencing it.

Saying $180 is a waste when considering that I played through ME1 5 times, ME2 4, and I've already played through ME3 once, it's not like you can just throw out "120 hours of content only". Even from a perceived value standpoint, one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had is with Journey, a game that takes 30-50 minutes to complete and costs $15.

    • Super raw, not sure he is worth a top 10 pick.  Primary a pass rusher.  A bit like Burns, very fast athletic but doesnt always follow the play.  His highlights look good but when you watch him play you can see he is just raw and needs to develop
    • Personally, I am not sold on Bryce yet--and I do not think anyone is saying they are, but I don't think Ward is on table when we draft anyway.  Not even sure if I would rather have him than one of the later QBs.  I see a lot of potential in Allar, Nussmeire, Rourke, and even Hamilton from Ohio State--Milroe is intriguing, but I am not sure he is an NFL QB.  Ewers is that sleeper who falls and becomes a solid starter. I think that we sign a veteran who has played and we draft one of these project QBs. To your point:  With that in mind, I think you have to take QB off the table in round 1, and if Bryce can string 4-5 games like KC together, we still need to draft a QB in round three or so---I really think Rourke is a great fit for this offense--he is accurate and gets the ball out quickly---he impressed me vs OSU.   Reason?  I think we may have a tough decision to make about Bryce in 2 years--will he be worth $60m?  That decision is a lot easier if you have been grooming a backup for 2 years who can play. In round 1: I am hoping for PSU's edge Abdul Carter In round 2:  I would like to see us grab a DT who can rush the passer.  Walter Nolen of Ole Miss is versatile and a bit raw. I think he could be an excellent complement to Brown. In round 3:  I would love ILB Danny Stutsman from Oklahoma.  He is a beast. With 11 picks, I would package our 4th rounders to move up into the third round and take a QB.  At the moment, I think Rourke is trending upward and he has the skills Canales seems to want in a QB.  Quick processor, quick release. I would use the fifth rounders on OL.  I know that I left out WR--however, we are getting Thielen back, XL will be improved, Coker will be improved, and Moore has been surprisingly good.  Sanders (TE) has been more than expected in the passing game.  I think we need D more than WR, and maybe we can get a veteran WR to sign or find a hidden gem late.
    • Wouldn't be surprised if he starts a couple Jets games this year with the way the Rodgers thing is going. Giants fans are pissed they didn't keep him lol. He might actually have a little bit of a market.
