Good...so if things break down with the Dolphins, Harbaugh can still leave Stanford for the 49ers. I'd rather he go to Miami...don't want him staying near Stanford and encourage Luck to stay.

That is the same thing that I was thinking. Anywhere other than San Fran and Luck will declare. The only alternate to Luck not declaring this year would be for Harbaugh to go to San Fran and tank it next year to get Luck in next years draft.

If Harbaugh wasn't so bent on seizing complete control on player operations, I wouldn't mind signing him to a deal worth 7 mil a year if it doesn't count against the cap. Also, if we could get Ron Rivera to be our DC, that would be awesome. Harbaugh, Rivera, and Hurney could make for a deadly combination. (We wouldn't have to worry about OC) Yet, since Harbaugh want that control, let the other teams have him. I'm still waiting to see JR's trump card here.
