Lets face facts and these same facts are why I would not pay him to coach Carolina.

#1 reason. He is a collage coach that has little experience in the NFL besides being the QB that hit Jim Kelly.

#2 bill belichick- Yea it should be fun to watch and see how his offense runs on the Pats D and his Defense copes with Brady.

#3 rex ryan- Yup another great D to overcome. Should be fun/miserable to watch.

I would understand if his pay grade was low because the reward may out way the risk but paying him like Belichick and waiting for him to develop is just dumb. Also your putting him in the AFC East where some of the best Defenses are. If I was JH I would pick the 49ers with a weak Div.
