It's not exactly easy to get a head coaching job. Our new head coach was rejected for these jobs 8 times.

Sometimes the best thing a new HC does is energize a team that's gotten stale. Fox has done it before, and has enough respect to do it again.

Maybe Rivera does the same for us.

No coach has really found a home yet (Frazier doesn't count). It is still relatively early. Revisit this thought in about another week.

Interesting that Fox already has a new job, but Cowher and Gruden have not even interviewed anywhere this offseason.
