There are so many different ways to be a "bad owner". How about Snyder? He throws money around like it's the cool thing to do - signs people to huge contracts...players the fans are happy to see because WTF A NAME?! How many superbowls have the Redskins won lately?

I think there's a big difference also between being a decent (good?) owner who made a series of decisions that, while they have solid theory behind them, turned out to be boneheaded moves and an owner who is just bad. Al Davis? Bad owner. Jerry Richardson? Not a bad owner - just made a few mistakes.

He may yet prove me wrong and continue making bonehead skinflint decisions during the offseason and if he does I'll gladly eat my words but I don't think that will happen myself.

I thought he came across as a senile grumpy asshole during the press conference, but I don't think he's a bad owner at all. I think he's infuriated with the players union and with his rep/franchise being dragged through the mud and reacted poorly and at a bad time.

I mean seriously, until this year about the biggest complaint you could field against Jerry was either that he was too loyal or that the stadium experience needed to be a little less accommodating to visiting fans. That's not bad.

yeah.. for 15 years he's been killing us.. somehow I'm not sure how any of his decisions have the media putting out inaccurate statements though..

i see someone who thinks he's entitled to unique treatment from local media that no other owner gets anywhere else

if we keep going this is just going to get ugly and for that reason i'll accept the offer
