Kubiak now has no more excuses. the Offense is fine, that defense is one of the worst ive seen in a while

Wade is a great DC, not much of a head coach but one of the better DC around.

Don't want this guy anywhere near the Panthers. With him they boys were on pace for 2-14, without him 10-6. By far the worst HC in the league IMO. Maybe he'll establish a good D in Houston but I wouldn't take a chance on him.

A hell of an upgrade for the Texans. I know a lot of people will question this because of his head coaching stint but he was never well suited to be a HC anyways. The Texans have some quality guys on defense and I think that Wade will do a great job of utilizing them.
