It has changed my life

Remember when a 4-head VCR was the poo?

What, you mean it isn't anymore?

BTW, I remember talking with a friend of mine a couple of years ago about 90's TV shows (X-files I think) and after discussing an episode I informed him that I think I had it on tape at home and that I would have to watch it again soon. Just casual conversation. He stared at me and laughed that I still had tapes and a VCR and fell to the floor when I told him it was still the only way I record shows.

Not long after that I decided it was time to load up on some more blank tapes so I went to Wal Mart and the expression on the face of the clerk when I asked was priceless. He pointed to the top of a lonely shelf where there were two packs left of 5 tapes each. I think a paid 12 bucks for them. I should be good for another 5-8 years of recording assuming at least one of my two VCR's hold up.

ha ha as a matter of fact I purged a bunch of VHS tapes just last night. I had about 20 of them, some were movies that I had taped 25 years ago. No, I don't have a player anymore, just lazy. :D

First car was a '75 pacer X. Ugliest car I ever owned, and wouldn't run worth poo if it was wet, but with the back seat folded down, it was the bomb for back seat naughty times. :D
