we all can have our own opinions.. but what happens is separate from intentions.. and I don't think it's fair to say JR raped the fans due to a good business opportunity when it's more fair to say he had good intentions that didn't turn out as he expected..

I just feel his bank account is what drives his decisions more than anything. Which in my shoes, yes, that is smart. In his shoes, it is greedy.

Ok, cmon... Richardson was an NFL player. Despite the reality of a Pro team being a business first, how can you say he didn't have a passion for the game when he got this team?

Did he take people's money and give a crappy product? Sure. But that's football. Sometimes you're hot, more often you're not. There's 31 other teams out there trying to accomplish the same thing at our expense.

Now... this past season, I don't think he focused on winning. But hey... whatever... what's done is done. I don't exactly think Richardson is the best business man ever, but that doesn't make him less passionate about football than making money.

that's tough.. do you think you can develop a younger QB? it's not just black and white.. Manning might play 10 more years.. he might only play 3..

good chance he plays 5 more years... if Luck declares, what would you do? Make Manning the highest paid player for 5 years and draft Luck to sit behind him for 5 years? or not prepare for the future, grab Manning and only have a 5 year window?

So based on last year, will he not spend money to bring in top talent?

Well, if you watched the Press Conference, that was one thing he was very clear on.

And he pointed out that he was accused of busting the bank paying Delhomme and Peppers in 2009.

I think once this stupid CBA issue is over he'll spend whatever he can to put a winning team on the field.

Hard for me to believe that anyone would think that JR started this team just to make money. There's a million other "easier" ways to do that if that was all he cared about. The man wants a winning team and a SB ring. Why wouldn't he? Geeze!
