if the cba isnt in place by a certain date, the pay scale wont affect this years class...im not sure what the date is, i believe its early march

It should be. I see them rolling out a rookie pay scale. They will lower it but not all at once. Which is good for us.

If you want Luck, It's not bad either way. Either he comes out now and is the last class to cash in or he will want to come out now so that he can get to work on earning his second contract. Like a baseball player starting his clock towards arbitration.

If money is at all a major consideration for Mr. Luck, he will come out this year.

He will come out. I don't care what people say, it is ALWAYS about the money. You don't walk away from $50 million guaranteed - which is what he is likely to get (what Bradford got). Plus, remembering Bradford going down with another shoulder injury his last year has to keep you up at night.

Only issue is if the big cat digs his heels in and refuses to pay that kind of $ out of principal. I doubt he will because he had no problem paying Peppers ridiculous money, so I expect Luck to be wearing Carolina Blue next year.
