It's hard to determine. If we were trading it I have a feeling that we would be asking for A LOT while many of the teams think they can get away with just a 1st and 2nd.

I don't even know if 2 1st's and a 2nd are enough unless they really feel there is a 1b draft pick at quarterback. It really sounded from that presser like they wanted a face of the franchise, and Luck is the only one that high right now it seems.
