Sometimes you have to put the blind allegiance aside. When I heard Schefter say on Mike and Mike about 2 weeks ago that the Panthers were too cheap to consider Cowher....I didn't really want to believe it. Then today when I hear JR bring up the fact he'd have to pay out $11mil just to fire Fox in a lame duck year when he had no intentions of rehiring, lack of FA moves, etc...that JR (yes...I'm a broken record) is more beholden to the NFL as an organization than this team.

We get pissed when we're given a lecture on how a business is run...after a so-called apology to the fans. What's anyone supposed to take from that JR....that you're a helluva businessman or someone that's wanting to put a good product on the field to win games. If you're bitching about the business end of it...seems you've sucked at both.

Not sure what you mean from all of this.

Rivera was an excellent hire and was one of the favorites BEFORE we even knew who the candidates were among informed fans...

I definitely didn't like the part about not even starting negotiating new contracts until a CBA agreement had been reached...I'm sure all our players love that.
