Nah with Harbaugh leaving Luck will come out. Cant see him going back and learning a new system. Also if the CBA does not including a rookie scale this season he will defiantly comeout.

According to Moose, Florio, and Mort it seems that the rookie wage scale will not go into affect until the 2012 draft this could be good news for us. Here is an older article to back that up. Thanks I would really appreciate it if some one would make this a thread to me its that important!
