Good Local Football Talk Stations/Shows

Quick question, usually at work I listen to ESPN radio and a couple different Local radio shows from around the US I like on their internet stream.

Are there good radio personalities or shows that's local to Charlotte and the panthers I can stream online? If so which station, Show/personalities would you recommend? Who would you avoid?
