After listening to the press conference, I think I understand that JR uses email now. I wish someone that wrote more eloquently than I do could send him a email that discusses Marty Hurney and that he may not be the best general manger, or evaluator of talent. Most of the huddle are better evaluators of talent and coaching styles than MH is. The same ole process of looking for a coach who is an assistant might/will bring the same results as we currently had. If they were great wouldn't they already be a head coach?

Bottom line I think they way they are going about searching for a coach limits the applicant pool in a negative way. And if the idea is to energize the fan base then why not find a coach that excites the fans, a coach the players want to play for, and someone that Jr and the other 52% that own the team can deal with.

Because Perry Fewell led defenses have a lot of talent, and still collapse, we are destined to be mediocre for a long time, and Andrew Luck is not coming out so start thinking about another QB or pick..It's just our "luck" that a great prospect wont declare for the draft when we have the numero uno pick..Sucks, but thus is life, long live Cam Newton i say..
