Why do HC and Players avoid question by the media?

Stanford just had one of the best seasons ever it is being selfish just talking about themselves the whole time.

Because immediately after that win to cap off one of the best seasons in Stanford history (THE best?) is not the time or place to discuss whether you will be there next year or not. It is the only correct thing to do, letting your team have the spotlight for the time being.

I agree with the whole trying 2 saviour the moment thing but the way Harbaugh side step, juke, and plain stiffed armed that question made me think he already knows somthing.
