Last time Carolina was up for a new head coach they interviewed a collage head coach. He turned them down and so did Dungy. John Fox was the only one to except.

What I do not understand is why people keep saying if Luck comes out he will go number 1. Denver has to be excited about this!! Carolina has the first pick, not Denver. I want Harbaugh to talk to the Public about where he wants to go. Why is he not on Carolina's radar according to the National Media? We paid Fox 6.5 million this year.

I think Harbaugh's being offered things like decision-making power over rosters, and I'm not sure that's a wise thing to offer any coach.

When I read that I became a little less high on Harbaugh. He's not the only path to success but if he demands control of personnel in any way other than "draft Andrew Luck" then he could be a disaster waiting to happen >.<

Panthers have never backed down to a player in the Hurnny era. We told Beason sign or sit. So guess what we will do if Luck says he want play. Luck has no baseball to fall back on so he would lose a year.

I agree. Different situation. Also, I don't think Luck is the kind of kid to do that.
