I agree luck is not the anwser yes he may help if he comes out early like evryone says he is. but He is not the true anwser what the panthers really need is help on D-line. And need to work on the O line need to find why we can run the ball and why we cannot even throw the ball down field and need to teach the wr core on how to sell there routes and how to adjust to where the ball is and to be more physical so see thats where I see that needs to be fix with a new coach coming in maybe he will have the passion and discpline and be the guy that leads this team to victory more than 2 times in a yr and maybe we can have a winning season back to back. and another thing is if the coach is willing to go for it all on plays and take chances then that might help with the players seeing that he is willing to take risk and that might wear off on the players and u might see ur true leaders on this team
