Say Denver snags Harbaugh... (Luck scenario)

Hey Panther fans.......

its kinda scary how much this board sounds like Bronco boards.....guess losing does that to ya.

Anyway, I posted in another thread about Elways infatuation with Luck. He loves the guy, and its not hard to see why.

But there are no guarantees in draft picks.

You guys are in quite a spot. If Luck is available, you have your first but no second.

Alot of needs as we do as well.

One thing I can tell you about The Golden Calf of Bristol....he is the number one redzone threat in the league bar none. Even if he didnt pan out hes very valuable. The guy just puts it in the endzone.

Also, many of you may not know it, but McDaniels gave no first team reps to The Golden Calf of Bristol the entire regular season other than plays that were geared for him.

I guess he brought that here from NE. Tom Brady will not give a single rep to a backup QB.

Orton got all of them here. Remember when we had Chris Simms last year? Orton got hurt, Simms came in, and I thought...wow......this guy is the worst QB Ive seen in 20 years..........not knowing that McD wasnt giving any reps to the backups.

Watching The Golden Calf of Bristol play considering all that is pretty eye opening.

Back to Luck........Elway loves him. Elway is a Stanford man. Elway is very persuasive. If Harbaugh comes to Denver, they may very well be targeting Luck.

Theres only one thing you need to be afraid of: If Luck says he doesnt want to play in Carolina.

What would you guys think of drafting Luck then?

Draft him anyways, just as SD did with Eli.

No doubt.

In the 2004 Eli Manning trade, San Diego got Rivers, 2004 pick 3.02, their 2005 first and third.

That was to go from first to fourth.

If you guys traded with us, I wonder if you take Cam Newton, move down more, or go DaQuan Bowers or Fairley.

Dude I went over to Broncos forum and 80% of the fan base doesn't want Luck - they feel they've already got their QB and defense is higher priority. So Denver can have Harbaugh but you can't have Luck! :prrr:

No worries. We need defense in Denver.

The Golden Calf of Bristol has already shown he can move the offense with little experience.
