Hes either going to SF, Denver or Michigan if Rich Rod is fired. I honestly dont understand why anyone thinks that hes coming to Carolina just b/c Luck is going to be the first pick. Who the hell would want to coach us with our roster and front office? If he goes to SF he can win immediately. In Carolina its going to take years

Carolina needs:

Starting QB, new offensive philosophy, new CB, new DT's, and o-line depth. Half of that can be taken care of in free agency. WE WILL GO 1-15 FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS.

being picked to win the division and winning it are 2 very different things. they have talent on their squad obviously but u cant say the talent on our team is way below sf. Sorry im no expert on the sf 49ers which makes me someone that doesnt watch much football.

The 49ers need some work. Perhaps not quite as much as the Panthers, but they are in a position to deliver the key to harbaugh's success: Andrew Luck.

Note that most of the media reports do not say Harbaugh doesn't want to come here, but that WE won't take him.

I am biased against my own team b/c realize that all this Harbaugh to Carolina talk doesn't make sense? This forum and a few people in the local media are the only people who actually believe that Harbaugh will be coaching Carolina next year. Please explain to me how I am biased.

their qb play was far and above ours this year. that doesnt say much tho plus they are in a division in which a team with a 7-9 record is in the playoffs. but im sorry i dont watch football games.

What makes the 49ers roster so much better then our own. Their LBs....nope ours are just as good. Their secondary....no they are both average. They have a big name guy in Nate Clemments but that didn't help him against David Gettis. Their d-line....we are one pocket collapsing d tackle away from being more then solid there. We both have below average QB play. Both teams only have one legit WR and while the 9ers have Vernon I'm not ready to say Rosario or Barnidge couldn't make those kinds of plays for us with better QB play. So I ask again where is the 49ers roster so much better then ours. The 49ers also don't have our cap room bro.....

Im not even going to waste my time typing so im going to let someone else do it for me. The only people who actually believe what you're saying are other Panthers fans. The same ones who actually thought that we would be competitive before the season. I will be back later on to show you how everyone who doesnt live and die by the Panthers feel

Your opinion is that Harbaugh wouldn't want to come here, not that he isn't wanted. This is NOT what the national media are saying.

You also seem to think very little of the team... the 49ers are not that much better than we are. They are not "instant contenders" with a new coach (though they do benefit from being in the NFCWest).
