I would think Carolina is the most attractive NFL job for Harbaugh because he can draft his franchise QB and has tons of cap space to build a team around him.

Plus we'll have our offensive line back as well as our LB core. He'll have some talented DE's to work with that have no where to go but up. Plus he'll have Steve Smith and some blossoming WR's as weapons. Don't forget the best RB stable in the league!

The 49ers need some work. Perhaps not quite as much as the Panthers, but they are in a position to deliver the key to harbaugh's success: Andrew Luck.

Note that most of the media reports do not say Harbaugh doesn't want to come here, but that WE won't take him.
