Nope, I think we've already got a deal with our HC (Harbaugh) and we're just interviewing Rivera to satisfy the Rooney rule and possibly float the idea of the DC job to him (2 birds, 1 stone).

Or we're bringing in Rivera under the notion that he's interviewing for the HC job with the intent to offer him the DC job after we tell him someone has already accepted our offer for the HC job... this kind of thing happens quite a bit.

If he turns us down, then at worst we've satisfied the Rooney rule.
