How will the Gator Bowl effect Harbaugh/UM/Carolina?

Miles is a yankee who played at Michigan under Bo, and he doesn't have the full support of the boosters at LSU. If offered most people in Baton Rouge think he is gone. Not that is a real good thing with signing day coming up and a top 5 class in the balance.

You guys are reaching.

The Gator Bowl will have little or no impact on whether or not Harbaugh takes the Michigan job.

The aftermath could be predictive though.

If Michigan fires Rodriguez quickly, it may mean they believe they can get Harbaugh.

If they take their time, it might mean they need to explore other options.

Mind you though, even if they do fire Rodriguez quickly, it's no guarantee they actually do get Harbaugh.

The only reason why I am scared to have him as a coach is because he hasn't been a NFL coach so we don't know what to expect. His Brother has been good and he could always get advice from his Brother on what to do but Our team could fit his offensive scheme well. He likes to run the ball and we have one of the best RB duos around, We have great linebackers assuming Davis returns and is healthy, and if he comes we know Luck will be here as well and who would be better to have coach Luck? it would be an awesome combo but the odds it actually happens here is rare.

It makes me laugh how Luck and Harbaugh are both messiahs. They've had a good college season, but good god people are talking about them like they're Hall of Famers.

there is that impression on these forums.. I'd love to see Hardbaugh and Luck in Carolina. It's hard for me to not get excited about an offensive mind coaching and the potential that exists with Luck..

if we tank, at least it'll be exciting for a while.. at the end of the day, every coach and QB is a toss up.

I am curious as to why people think that he has a great offensive mind. The results on the field have been relatively mixed. He has has a couple of good years at Stanford, but how much of that is due to having a top notch QB and how much is due to him. Its hard to tell at this point. And at Oakland, he was the Qb's coach in 2003, and Oakland had one of the worst passing attacks in the league. Perhaps that wasn't his fault, but its not exactly a positive bullet on his resume.
