skipper was arguably a top 5 RB coach... you just dont get rid of a guy like him. i know its a weird feeling to have had a competent coach... but he was one

I don't know how well the guy does his job, but I think you've got to concede that he has his job because of his name. Surely Richardson played a large part in giving him the job, and I would imagine that he'd ensure that he keeps it -- it's not like this is a coordinator we're talking about.
