The Player's Association (NFLPA), whom is at odds in the CBA issue against the owners, whom Jerry Richardson has become the figurehead, ALSO represents almost all coaches as well.

.

Um NO

The agents that represent players also represent coaches but coaches do not fall under the National Football League PLAYERS Association CBA.

Haha yeah, I probably should get his name right first.

I hope the potential of a lockout doesn't impact our coaching search or who we ultimately hire, but it's impacted everything we've done for a year and the CBA isn't up for another two months ... so it will be very interesting to see how this all unfolds.

Firing Skipper was the dumbest move out of all that .. hes done a great job with the backs

remember as said before just because they're not being renewed doesn't mean a new coach won't come in here and want to retain him. it's just giving the new coach the choice to bring in anyone he wants.

Ok, technically, you're right and I stand corrected. But the NFLPA and NFL Coaches Association have a relationship. A closer relationship than either have with the Owners. Hell, the NFLPA helped the NFL "Coaches Association" startup.

In this CBA fiasco, the two are aligned.
