Zod is getting an invoice in the mail. Knowing him though, I think this one will be going to a collection agency. :D

Seriously though.....I think the timing of this announcement has more to do with allowing Fox and the other coaches to be out there in the market quicker than with a big splash move the Panthers will make.

Just my opinion though....I am usually wrong on such matters.

You messed up your troll.

The correct troll method is to say something everyone disagrees with and thus get the crowd riled up.

If it turns out to be true, then you gloat and say "ha ha, you guys are so dumb".

If it turns out to be wrong, then you say "ha ha, I trolled you all; you guys are so dumb".

Kinda cheap, in my opinion, but I guess it works.

(let's you make yourself look smart, regardless of whether not you actually are)

Foxy would not have missed out on a job if this was done Monday. I think this has everything to do with the Panthers next HC.

Ya know, I don't normally like to wear my tinfoil hat, but this one does make my conspiracy antenna go up a little bit.

Let's suppose that Richardson is talking to someone, and maybe that someone said "I want all my own staff."

If that were so, then this could be seen as negotiating ploy.

(if you buy into that sort of thing)

Yeah i was thinking this too. You dont let go of all the staff in case the incoming coach wants to keep some of them. Think it is a given now that we already have a head coach hired just waiting on the end of the season. If that is the case it has to be a college coach or someone out of football. Now the question is how did they get around the Rooney rule?

Chuba was downed at the KC 16 and Moore was on his way back to the QB, so the offense got what they could for the most part. After reviewing the all-22, Bryce made the right call here. Tremble was the hot and KC sent both LBs. He gets it out with a clear pocket but it's quickly collapsing. If there was a little more time it looked like AT came free at the end but whether or not Bryce would've been upright still is another story. Smart move to get the completion and keep the field goal in play to stay alive. George Karlaftis is about to get himself a big ole hug and Bryce heaves it to where David Moore is going. Trent McDuffie slipped just a step or two before this shot, but we can see the clear DPI here as he's wrapped around David Moore before knocking him over as the ball gets there.

      I’m taking a TE early day 3 Ian Thomas and Tremble are FA.  We should have no desire to bring them back.   There’s more than enough film of ball bouncing off their hands or facemask.

      Daniel Jones sometimes would sling it for 300 or 400 yards.  That's my stance.  We know what Bryce is.  If you consistently play any QB at this level, they largely are going to end up w/ some good days/games.  last time Mahomes was at BOA, Teddy Bridgwater threw for 300+ yards and a couple TDs and the Matt Rhule Panthers almost took him down.  We know what Bryce is.  Now we got people predictably falling into a predictable trap.
