What will Armanti Edwards be doing next season?

Yes it's hilarious that Moore had his 2 worst games of his career and Jimmy had his best/only games of his career and Jimmy is slightly higher in some stat that means nothing to anyone who actually watches football games.

Of course, if it were 2 points lower than Moore's you wouldn't be singing that tune.

None of us should be hating on a Panther who has yet to see the field. Wish and hope for the best and let the man exceed our expectations.

History Lesson #1: Dwayne Jarrett

But maybe next year he gets the gig walking around the parking lots looking for people who are far too lazy to tailgate and just buy the friggin' Bojangles bucket big enough to get on the big screen. Him and the 4'3" gal that does it now....

Something, I'm not sure what, just strikes me that you're biased against one of them. I don't know what it is.

No doubt, but that has nothing to do with the fact that I stated I hated the QB rating because it's meaningless and no one connected to football believes in it when it was to the benefit of Clausen. By you implying I only said that because Moore's was lower just shows how far you are reaching.

Second, you make yourself sound real dumb when you compare nearly an entire season to less than 5 games. Keep trying though, something eventually will make Jimmy a good QB.

Basically, I am tired of the bashing of Edwards. It takes time to convert to any position in the NFL, and to become efficient at it. Edwards' role coming into the season was loosely defined. The Panthers were trying to fit Edwards into a very specialized role that doesn't come naturally to most people. Returning kicks/punts is not the easiest thing to learn. Basically you have it or you don't. I believe that trying to fit a square peg into a round hole messed with Edwards mentally, and he lost a little confidence. This along with learning how to be a receiver was just too much for the dude. That being said, I believe that 2011 may be a lot kinder to Edwards than many think. I am assuming that Edwards now knows the generalities of being a WR, and once he learns the intricacies of the position, he will become a productive Panther. Edwards was a QB after all, so this will hopefully help him to get in sync with our QB a little quicker than normal (once he and the QB begin to have steady and consistent reps, and become comfortable in their new roles). If you understand what I am saying, he may not think exactly like whoever the QB is, but he can use his experience as a QB to get into the head of the QB, and that will enable the two to have a great connection. In short, he has the possibility to become a beast (probably in the slot position, at least initially), or---at the very least---a guy who can make some key plays, who you definitely want on your side.

This is my take, and I am sticking to it.

That isn't reaching at all, it's actually very reasonable given your excuses for Moore.

One shot from Ed Reed or Troy Paulamuthafka and his career will be over....
